Pricing

Initial consultations are available for one hour at $250 or thirty minutes at $150. We offer flexible arrangements for qualifying clients, including subscription and fractional support for recurring matters.

  • The hourly rate varies between $300 and $800, depending on the experience of the attorney. Ranges are provided for the services below to account for differences in the level of customization required.

    Entity Formation

    • Incorporation: $1,500 to $2,000

    • SPV formation: $5,000

    • Fund formation: $20,000 to $100,000

    • Trust formation: capped at $8,000

    Public offerings

    • ADV: $1,500 for exempt reporting advisers and $5,000 for non-exempt reporting advisers

    • Regulation A: $50,000 to $90,000

    • Regulation CF: $7,500 to $15,000

    • Regulation D: $3,000

    • Regulation S: $5,000 to $20,000

    Fundraising

    • Seed round: Capped at $15,000

    • Series A and beyond: Capped at $25,000

    Corporate documents
